1. How to Order

Access the product page from overseas.

The Global Cart will automatically appear on your screen.

Click "Add to Cart" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

2. Payment Methods The following payment methods are available through the Global Cart:

Credit Cards: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, Union Pay.

Digital Wallets: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay.

3. Fees and Pricing The total amount includes the following costs:

Product Price

Domestic Shipping: A flat rate of ¥880 to the domestic proxy center (Free for orders of ¥10,800 or more).

International Shipping Fee: (Charged separately).

Proxy Fee: 10% of the (Product Price + Domestic Shipping).

Note: According to the service rules, a minimum fee of ¥500 and a maximum of ¥3,000 applies.

4. Shipping Process Ikemoto Shokuhin ships the products to the domestic proxy center, which then arranges the international delivery to your specified destination.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Cancellations: In principle, we do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

Defective Products: In the unlikely event of a product defect, please contact us via the inquiry form within one week of arrival.

海外専用カート（Global Cart）が自動的に表示されます。

「Add to Cart」をクリックし、画面の指示に従って購入手続きを完了してください。

2. 決済方法 海外専用カートでは以下の決済方法が利用可能です：

電子決済: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay

3. 料金について お支払い総額には以下の費用が含まれます：

商品代金

送料: 国内代行センターまで 一律￥880 （商品代金￥10800以上送料無料） ※海外送料別途。

代行手数料: （商品代金＋国内送料）の10%。

※注：サービス規定により、下限500円、上限3,000円が適用されます。

4. 配送の流れ 池本食品が、国内代行センターへ商品を発送し、お客様の指定先へ海外発送の手配を行います。

5. キャンセル・返品・交換について

キャンセル: 注文確定後のキャンセルは原則として受け付けておりません。

返品・交換: お客様都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。

不良品対応: 万一、届いた商品に不具合がある場合は、到着後1週間以内にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
